Conserve® plates, cups, bowls, and utensils perform exactly the same as leading national brands and provide a better eating experience when compared to conventional paper plates. Made from annually renewable resources, they’re good for consumers because they perform, and they’re good for the planet because they’re natural. It’s a win-win.
Our dishware is made from bagasse, the waste of sugar processing. This helps the environment by making use of a waste product. Sugar is an annually renewable crop, while paper cups and plates are made from trees that take about 20 years to grow. The material looks, feels and performs like paper, but turns to compost within six weeks after being thrown into a compost heap. Ideal for any event and microwave and freezer safe.

Our durable cutlery performs like the national brand, and produces less than half the greenhouse gasses of ordinary plastic during production. It is also biodegradable and compostable. When our utensils are placed in a compost heap they become compost within six weeks, whereas conventional plastic takes many years to decompose. Starch plastic is much less harmful to the environment than either paper or conventional plastic cups and utensils because it is made from a renewable material.
